为探索四川盐源高海拔(2 000~2 400 m)烟区二次去叶对烤烟等级结构、部位结构及产量和品质的影响,以云烟87为材料,在打顶时单株常规留叶20片的基础上,再次去除1~3片下脚叶和1~4片顶部叶,进行小区试验,考察烤后烟叶的主要经济性状、部位构成、主要化学成分、外观质量及感官品质的变化。结果表明:二次去叶,会导致产量、产值下降,但可提高均价、上等烟比例及中部叶比例;去除3片上部叶,有利于提高均价、中部叶比例和上部叶感官品质;延迟二次去叶,中部叶比例更高,弃采则上等烟比例更高。盐源高海拔烟区单株采取打顶时去除1片脚叶,15 d后去除或弃采3片顶叶的措施,优化烤烟结构效果较好。
In order to explore the effects of secondary leaf removal at high altitudes (2 000-2 400 m) in Yanyuan, Sichuan Province on the hierarchical structure, part structure, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, On the basis of 20 tablets, 1 to 3 lower leaves and 1 to 4 top leaves were removed again. Community trials were conducted to investigate the main economic traits, composition of parts, main chemical components, appearance quality and sensory quality of roasted tobacco leaf. The results showed that: the second leaf removal, will lead to yield, output value decreased, but can improve the average price, superior tobacco ratio and the ratio of the middle leaf; removal of three upper leaves, help to improve the average price, the middle leaf ratio and upper leaf organoleptic quality ; Delay the second leaves, leaves a higher percentage of the middle, abandoned mining is a higher proportion of superior tobacco. Yanyuan high-altitude tobacco planting areas to take a single take off the top of the leaves, 15 days after the removal or abandonment of the three top parietal measures to optimize the structure of flue-cured tobacco is better.
