实例一故障现象:一辆CJ50型摩托车,无法启动。清洗化油器,故障不能排除。故障分析排除:取下火花塞,做跳火试验,火花强烈,拧紧火花塞。打开点火开关,在坡路上滑行,连一点爆发声也没有。检查气缸、活塞、活塞环、曲轴、油封均完好,并进行严格装配,仍然无法启动。取下发电机转子,发现充电线圈铁芯与转子磁铁有磨伤的痕迹,由此怀疑转子与线圈铁芯摩擦碰撞时,使转子产生反磁场而改变了点火时间,使发动机无法启动。更换转子,启动试车,一切正常,故障排除。

Troubleshooting Analysis: Remove the spark plug, do jump test, spark strong, tighten the spark plug. Open the ignition switch, taxiing on the slope, even a little burst of sound did not. Check the cylinder, piston, piston ring, crankshaft, oil seal are intact, and rigorous assembly, still can not start. Remove the generator rotor and found that the charging coil core and rotor magnets have traces of abrasion, which suspect friction between the rotor and the coil core collision, the rotor anti-magnetic field and change the ignition time, the engine can not start. Replace the rotor, start the test, everything is normal, troubleshooting.
