新生儿黄疸(Neonatal Jaundice)是新生儿期常见症状之一,是因血液中胆红素浓度升高所致,故又称新生儿高胆红素血症。由于新生儿胆红素代谢特点,约60%的足月儿和80%的早产儿可出现生理性黄疸[1],占住院新生儿的30%~40%。但有相当一部分新生儿黄疸是病理性的,可能是新生儿严重疾病
Newborn jaundice (Neonatal Jaundice) is one of the common symptoms of neonatal period, due to the increase of blood bilirubin concentration, it is also known as neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Due to neonatal bilirubin metabolism, about 60% of full-term infants and 80% of preterm infants may develop physiological jaundice [1], accounting for 30% to 40% of hospitalized newborns. However, a considerable portion of neonatal jaundice is pathological and may be a serious neonatal disease
