本文对失效阀座的成分、形貌、组织和表面应力分布作了分析,结果表明:阀座破坏的主要形式是刺漏、磨损和腐蚀,破坏部位集中在阀口密封面和端面;铬钼钢和铬锰钢阀座失效的主要原因是耐蚀性较差;铬13型不锈钢阀座则主要是由于强度和硬度过低导致阀口严重变形而失效。选择新型耐蚀抗磨的泵阀材料,将是减少抽油泵阀座失效的主要途径。
In this paper, the composition, morphology, microstructure and surface stress distribution of the failed valve seat are analyzed. The results show that the main forms of valve seat failure are puncture, wear and corrosion, and the damaged parts are concentrated on the sealing face and end face of valve port. Steel and chrome manganese steel seat failure is mainly due to poor corrosion resistance; chrome 13 stainless steel seat is mainly due to the strength and hardness is too low lead to serious deformation of the valve port failure. Choose a new type of corrosion-resistant anti-wear pump valve material, will be to reduce the pump valve seat failure of the main way.
