为了对井下瓦斯浓度进行实时监控,设计了一款基于Atmega16L单片机和瓦斯浓度传感器MQ-4的煤矿瓦斯监测仪。瓦斯监测仪主要由主控单元部分、液晶显示部分、传感器部分、以太网通信模块构成。瓦斯浓度传感器监测到信号以后,将采集到的数据以电压形式传送给单片机。单片机经过处理以后将数据通过总线模式显示到12864液晶显示器上,同时单片机还会将数据以UDP数据报的形式通过以太网传送给上位机,实现井上和井下对瓦斯浓度的监控。
In order to monitor the gas concentration underground in real time, a coal mine gas monitor based on Atmega16L microcontroller and MQ-4 gas concentration sensor was designed.
