用好法律赋予的“新武器”实行食品安全风险分级管理,增设临时限量值和临时检验方法制度,增设生产经营者自查制度,增设责任约谈制度……新修订的《食品安全法》赋予监督管理部门很多“新武器”。对于监督管理部门来说,必须行使好法律赋予的职权,履行好保证公众食品安全的神圣职责。食品生产经营者以及消费者对监督管理者的责任和职能也需要有所了解,这不仅对深入了解自身需要遵守的规范有帮助,也有利于对食品安全实行全方位的社会 We should make good use of the “new weapons” legally assigned to carry out the classification management of food safety risks by adding temporary limit value and temporary inspection methods and systems and adding a system of self-inspection by producers and traders and a system of accountability appointments.
