麻黄碱是一种从麻黄科植物草麻黄中提取出来的一种生物碱,是一种拟肾上腺素药。目前麻黄素碱常用紫外分光光度法薄层色谱高效液相色谱核磁共振等方法测量。但一般需要昂贵仪器设备和麻烦的测试手段。1975年深町和美报导了PVC膜的麻黄素碱选择电极作者使用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为溶剂,四苯硼盐为沉淀剂研制成麻黄素场效应敏感器件(简称麻黄素—FET),测定了性能参数,并应用麻黄素—FET测定了样品滴鼻剂的麻黄素含量。
