按照国家“九五”重点科技攻关项目的实施要求,根据胜利油田侧钻地层特点,建立了侧钻短半径水平井轨迹测量及控制的新模式和新技术。研究解决了原始井眼套管内的测量精度以及开窗侧钻方式、造斜井段和水平井段的随钻测量和轨迹控制等技术难题。采用了弯壳体马达钻进为主的方式进行水平段井眼轨迹控制。将研究的重点放在提高侧钻短半径水平井的井眼轨迹测量精度和控制能力上,取得了多项技术成果并创造了多项国内钻井记录
According to the implementation requirements of the key Ninth Five-year Plan of key scientific and technological projects of the country, a new model and new technology for lateral well drilling measurement and control of short-radius horizontal well trajectories were established according to the characteristics of sidetrack drilling strata in Shengli Oilfield. The research solves the technical problems such as the measurement precision in the original wellbore casing, the sidetracking method of window opening, the measurement while drilling and the trajectory control of the inclined section and the horizontal section. The use of curved shell motor drilling-oriented approach to horizontal wellbore trajectory control. Focusing on improving the precision and controllability of borehole trajectory measurement of short-radius horizontal wells, a number of technical achievements have been made and a number of domestic drilling records have been created
