探索零食与超重肥胖等代谢性疾病的关系,为科学指导居民零食消费提供依据。通过检索Pub Med、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库等电子数据库,获得零食与代谢性疾病相关性的横断面研究、队列研究和干预研究结果,整理并进行综述。发现近年来零食消费率有上升趋势,并逐渐成为各国居民膳食重要组成部分。大部分研究发现零食(零食频率和食物的选择)主要与超重肥胖等代谢性疾病有关,但证据的精确性和普适性需要进一步加强。
Explore the relationship between snacks and metabolic diseases such as overweight and obesity, and provide basis for scientifically guiding residents’ snacks consumption. Cross-sectional studies, cohort studies and intervention research results about the relationship between snacks and metabolic diseases were obtained by searching PubMed, EMBASE, CNKI and Wanfang database, and summarized. In recent years, it finds that the consumption rate of snacks has an upward trend and has gradually become an important part of the diet of residents in various countries. Most studies found that snacks (snacks frequency and food choice) are mainly associated with metabolic diseases such as overweight and obesity, but the accuracy and universality of the evidence need to be further strengthened.
