恶劣天气是航空运输中造成航班延误的主要因素,实施改航策略是减少延误的一种有效方法,多航空器路径规划是改航策略的关键环节。针对恶劣天气造成大量航班延误情况,提出了采用人工势场法进行多机改航路径规划。根据航空器所受引力和斥力建立了传统人工势场模型,为解决在改航期间航空器受力出现局部最小值的问题,在航空器之间、航空器与恶劣天气之间引入不同的旋转控制力。仿真结果表明,改进的人工势场法规划的路径更短、更平滑,没有大角度转弯和反复振荡的情况,且计算效率提高了33%。
Adverse weather is the main factor causing flight delays in air transport. Implementing the strategy of diversion is an effective way to reduce the delay. Multi-aircraft path planning is a key link in the strategy of diversion. Aiming at the delay of a large number of flights caused by bad weather, a plan of artificial potential field for multi-aircraft rerouting route was put forward. The traditional artificial potential field model was established according to the gravitational and repulsive forces of the aircraft. In order to solve the problem of partial minimum force of the aircraft during the rebuilding, different rotation control forces were introduced between the aircraft, the aircraft and the inclement weather. The simulation results show that the proposed artificial potential field method has a shorter and smoother path, no cornering and repeated oscillations, and the computational efficiency is improved by 33%.
