In 2010, Zuojiazhuang No. 2 Primary School in Chaoyang District, Beijing set up the first studio for headteachers in Chaoyang District. In combination with the actual situation, the “problem solving mode” was used to carry out inquiry work. The process was to identify problems and analyze Class, research strategy, provide reference, learn from improve. The class teacher in the studio started from the problem and focused on teachers and students.
