研究表明,实验条件下向钢液中加入纯铋时铋的收得率为7.54%。钢液中铋的挥发过程受液/气界面的挥发反应及液相边界层中的扩散混合控制,其传质系数K(23)在10-2cm/s数量级;实验得出了K(23)值及钢液中铋浓度的经验计算公式;还探讨了熔渣覆盖对钢液中铋挥发的影响 The results show that the yield of bismuth is 7.54% when pure bismuth is added to the molten steel under the experimental conditions. The volatilization of bismuth in molten steel is controlled by the volatilization reaction of the liquid / gas interface and the diffusion mixing in the liquid boundary layer, and the mass transfer coefficient K (23) is in the order of 10-2cm / s.
