目的检测雄激素受体(AR)在人前列腺不同生长发育时期表达的变化,探讨它们变化的病理意义。方法采用免疫组化两步法检测10例胎儿前列腺(EP)、10例正常前列腺(NP)、20例前列腺增生(BPH)、20例雄激素依赖性前列腺癌(ADPC)和15例激素非依赖性前列腺癌(AIPC)组织的AR表达。结果 EP细胞浆和细胞核均有AR表达,且间质细胞AR表达先于腺上皮AR表达。NP组织的AR表达主要集中在上皮细胞核,与EP相比,基底细胞和间质细胞AR表达明显减少,而BPH组织的腺上皮细胞和间质细胞均有AR的较强表达。AR在前列腺癌(Pca)的表达位于癌细胞核,AIPC的AR表达比ADPC明显增强。结论 AR表达的变化与人前列腺不同生长发育时期和前列腺癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of androgen receptor (AR) in human prostate at different stages of development and to explore their pathological significance. Methods 10 cases of fetal prostate (EP), 10 cases of normal prostate (NP), 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), 20 cases of androgen dependent prostate cancer (ADPC) and 15 cases of hormone independent AR Expression in Sexual Prostate Cancer (AIPC) Tissue. Results Both EP cytoplasm and nucleus showed AR expression, and AR expression of interstitial cells preceded the expression of glandular epithelial AR. The expression of AR in NP tissues mainly concentrated in the nucleus of epithelial cells. Compared with EP, the expression of AR in basal and interstitial cells was significantly reduced, while the expression of AR in both BPH and glandular epithelial cells was stronger. The expression of AR in prostate cancer (Pca) is located in the nucleus of cancer cells. AR expression of AIPC is significantly higher than that of ADPC. Conclusion The changes of AR expression are closely related to the different growth and development of human prostate and the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.
