据悉,1990年9月1日~10月4日北京水利水电科学研究院水力机电研究所与三门峡水力发电厂协商,对三门峡水电站计划检修的5~#机组水机过流部件严重损坏区进行抗磨材料防护试验。共运行34天,计788h,其间平均水头23m,平均含沙量30.19kg/m~3。试验部位及说明:(1)在转轮室中环球面-X方向铺焊0.2m~3的SPHG1抗磨蚀复合板材料;(2)在4~#、8~#两对称叶片头部背面气蚀磨损严重区各铺焊0.2m~2左右的SPHG1复合板材;(3)铺焊工作是在窄小的叶片流道内仰焊进行的,工艺、质量达不到设计要求,
