幼儿期是品德形成的关键期,一些简单的道德情操、社会行为准则以及心理品质在这一时期初具雏形。小班的孩子刚开始在集体中生活,品德意识不强,同时,他们的理解、接受能力也很弱,所以在小班开展合适的德育活动,以促进其社会性发展是非常有必要的。单纯的说教往往收效甚微,小班的德育如果能借助拟人化的故事、赋予事件具体的情境,并通过家园合作,教师、家长的以身作则,形成教育合力,收到的效果会更好。与此同时,德育是一个潜移默化的积累过程,不可能一蹴而就,需要坚持不懈地进行。
Early childhood is the key period for the formation of morality. Some simple moral sentiments, social codes of conduct and psychological quality are beginning to take shape during this period. Children in small classes have just begun to live in collectives. Their moral awareness is not strong. At the same time, their understanding and acceptability are very weak. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out appropriate moral education activities in small classes so as to promote their social development. Mere teaching often has very little effect. If moral education in a small class can give concrete context to the incident through anthropomorphic stories, and through the cooperation of homesteads, teachers and parents lead by example and form an effective combination of education, they will receive better results. At the same time, moral education is a subtle process of accumulation that can not be accomplished in a single step and needs to be persevered.
