产妇,28岁。第一胎,第一产,妊娠8个月时经X线摄片检查证实为双胎。因有不规则宫缩入院,检查胎方位为右枕前和左骶前位。3天后开始有正规宫缩,当晚8时在胎头吸引下先娩出一女婴。Apgar氏评分8分,体重2500g。检查第二胎儿羊膜已破,胎儿由左骶前位转为右枕前位,再行胎头吸引术娩出一女婴,Apgar氏评分7分,体重为2250g。徒手剥离胎盘,检查胎盘剥离完整27×20×25cm大小。两脐带附着于同一胎盘稍侧方,附着处相距10cm,其间无羊膜相隔。距附着点18cm处第二胎儿脐带自身打死结一个,又与第一胎儿脐带打单结一个,两脐带分别长42cm和40cm。次女于产后2天因颅内出血死亡。

Second daughter died of intracranial hemorrhage 2 days after delivery.
