注塑模具设计与制造是高职院校机械设计与制造类专业的核心课程,通过这门课程的学习理应能够充分培养学生的注塑模具设计与制造能力,但是实际上传统型课程由于过于偏重于理论传授、强调计算,课程内容不免与高职的就业导向有所偏差。本着高职面向就业的目标,对于注塑模设计与制造课程进行部分探索,提出新型的《基于UG的注塑模具设计与制造》课程设计并进行实践,获得了一些经验。
The design and manufacture of injection molds are the core courses in mechanical design and manufacturing specialty of higher vocational colleges. The learning of this course should be able to fully develop students’ ability of designing and manufacturing injection molds. However, in fact, traditional courses are too much emphasis on theory Teach, emphasize the calculation, the course content can not help but with the employment guidance of higher vocational deviations. Based on the goal of higher vocational education for employment, we make a partial exploration on the course of injection mold design and manufacture and put forward a new course design and practice of “UG-based injection mold design and manufacture”, gaining some experience.
