对格构式角钢加劲的薄壁钢管混凝土柱进行了试验研究。采用内置格构式角钢的方法,增大钢材截面积的百分比,从而对钢管混凝土柱进行加固。柱试件的高度为500~3 500mm。对格构式角钢加劲的钢管混凝土柱的性能和强度进行了研究。此外,对相同尺寸未加劲的钢管混凝土柱进行了对比试验。对用于试验的混凝土和钢材的材料性能进行了测试。将试验结果与AISC规范和欧洲规范中复合材料结构构件的设计强度进行了比较。针对格构式角钢加劲的薄壁钢管混凝土柱,给出了一种新的设计方法。研究结果表明,所给方法的计算结果与试验结果相符。
The experimental research on the thin-walled CFST columns with lattice angle stiffeners was carried out. The use of built-in lattice angle method, increasing the percentage of steel cross-sectional area, so as to strengthen the concrete filled steel tube column. The height of the column specimen is 500-3,500 mm. The performance and strength of steel reinforced concrete columns with stiffened angle steel were studied. In addition, CFST columns of the same size without stiffener were compared. The material properties of the concrete and steel used for the test were tested. The test results were compared with the design strength of composite structural members in the AISC Code and the European Code. A new design method is given for thin-walled CFST columns with lattice angle stiffeners. The results show that the calculated results are consistent with the experimental results.
