[目的]探讨2型糖尿病肾脏损害患者趋化因子受体2型CCR4、CCR5在外周血CD4+T细胞中的表达及其意义。[方法]2006~2008年,对2型糖尿病肾病患者及健康对照外周血淋巴细胞表面CCR4和CCR5表达情况进行检测,并检测尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、血与尿中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)。[结果]2型糖尿病肾病患者外周血CCR4+CD4+T%和CCR5+CD4+T%明显高于对照组(P<0.01),尿mALB、RBP也高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]CCR4、CCR5CD4+T细胞在趋化糖尿病肾病过程中可能发挥重要作用;联合检测对2型糖尿肾脏有一定价值。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and its significance of chemokine receptor type 2 CCR4 and CCR5 in peripheral blood CD4 + T cells in type 2 diabetic patients with kidney damage. [Methods] From 2006 to 2008, the expression of CCR4 and CCR5 on the peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and healthy controls were detected. The levels of urine microalbumin, retinol-retinol binding protein, Blood and urine urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr). [Results] The levels of CCR4 + CD4 + T% and CCR5 + CD4 + T% in peripheral blood of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). The urinary mALB and RBP were also higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] CCR4 and CCR5CD4 + T cells may play an important role in the process of chemotaxis of diabetic nephropathy. The combined detection of CCR4 and CCR5CD4 + T cells is of certain value to type 2 diabetic kidney.
