目的:应用半夏泻心汤干预依立替康致小细胞肺癌(small-cell lung cancer,SCLC)荷瘤鼠的腹泻,了解其在改善食欲、缓解体重下降及干预腹泻方面的作用。方法:将荷瘤鼠随机分成4组,高、中、低3个给药组剂量分别为20、10、5g/kg,空白组给等量水,灌胃给药,共8天。干预给药第3天,按35mg/(kg.天)尾静脉注射CPT-11,共4天。记录食量、体重及腹泻等情况。第8天处死荷瘤鼠,取结肠和回肠组织,显微镜下观察结肠、回肠组织的病理形态改变。结果:除高剂量组外使用CPT-11后第8天比第3天均表现为不同程度的体重下降;高剂量组与中剂量组相对于空白组在第8天比第1天体重下降的比较有统计学差异。各组荷瘤鼠食量两两比较均无统计学差异。各组荷瘤鼠腹泻的总积分空白组最高,中剂量组与高剂量组相对于空白组比较均有统计学差异。肠组织黏膜损伤程度病理学积分空白组最高。结论:半夏泻心汤能在一定程度上预防和控制CPT-11致SCLC荷瘤鼠的腹泻,并缓解体重的下降。
Objective: To observe the effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction on irinotecan-induced diarrhea in mice with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and its role in improving appetite, reducing weight loss and intervening diarrhea. Methods: Tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The doses of high, middle and low dose groups were 20, 10, and 5 g / kg, respectively. The blank group was given equal amount of water and intragastrically for 8 days. On the third day of intervention, CPT-11 was injected into the tail vein at 35 mg / (kg. Day) for 4 days. Record food intake, weight and diarrhea and so on. The tumor-bearing mice were killed on the 8th day, colon and ileum tissues were taken, and the pathological changes of the colon and ileum tissues were observed under a microscope. Results: The body weight of CPT-11 group was significantly lower than that of the third day after the CPT-11 administration. The body weight of the CPT-11 group was lower than that of the blank group on the 8th day More statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the food intake of each group between the two groups. Each group of tumor-bearing mice diarrhea score the highest total score blank group, medium-dose group and high-dose group compared with the blank group were statistically significant differences. Intestinal mucosal injury pathology score highest in the blank group. Conclusion: Banxiaxiexin Decoction can prevent and control CPT-11-induced diarrhea in rats with SCLC and relieve weight loss to a certain extent.
