本文采用基于动力学模型的OOPIC仿真软件模拟具有不同扫描电极宽度和荫罩结构的荫罩式等离子显示器(PDP)放电单元内的放电过程,分析单元内的条纹数量、分布状态和介质层表面壁电荷分布情况,研究扫描电极宽度和荫罩结构对阳极条纹的影响。结果表明,扫描电极宽度增加,放电单元内的主放电区域增大,条纹可分布空间压缩,条纹现象减弱。大小孔荫罩结构也会使条纹现象减弱。研究发现,荫罩式PDP结构阳极条纹的分布区域与介质层表面电荷积累的范围密切相关,阳极条纹只出现在阳极表面介质层有壁电荷积累,而对应的阴极表面介质层无壁电荷积累的区域。
In this paper, we use OOPIC simulation software based on dynamic model to simulate the discharge process in the discharge cells of shadow mask plasma display (PDP) with different scan electrode width and mask structure, and analyze the number of stripes, distribution state and surface layer of dielectric layer Charge distribution, the width of the scan electrode and shadow mask structure of the anode stripes. The results show that the width of the scan electrode increases, the main discharge area in the discharge cell increases, the stripes can be distributed in space and the fringe phenomenon is weakened. Large and small hole shadow mask structure will also make streaks weakened. It is found that the distribution of anode stripes in the shadow mask PDP structure is closely related to the range of charge accumulation on the surface of the dielectric layer. The anode stripes only appear on the surface of the anode layer with wall charge accumulation, while the corresponding cathode surface dielectric layer has no wall charge accumulation area.
