目的初步研究微种植体结合双钥匙曲法和低位牵引滑动法,在整体内收前牙过程中,对前牙转矩的控制效果。方法将满足纳入标准的14例需拔除上颌两侧第一前磨牙的患者,随机分为两组,评估微种植体结合双钥匙曲法和低位牵引滑动法在前牙内收过程中对前牙转矩的控制,采用头影测量观察切牙及磨牙的移位情况,并作分析。结果 T1至T2期两组UR-PP(mm)平均值变化的对比差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其余测量指标均无统计学差异。微种植体结合双钥匙曲和微种植体的低位滑动内收,在内收前牙过程中对前牙转矩均有一定的控制效果。结论微种植体结合双钥匙曲法和低位牵引滑动法对前牙转矩的控制效果相似。
OBJECTIVE: To study the control effect of micro-implants combined with double-key curved method and low-traction traction method on the torque of anterior teeth in the process of total anterior teeth retraction. Methods A total of 14 patients with maxillary first premolar to be extracted were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into two groups at random. The results of micro-implant combined with double-key curved method and low-traction method showed that the anterior teeth Torque control, the use of cephalometric measurement of incisors and molars shift situation, and for analysis. Results The mean difference of UR-PP (mm) between the two groups from T1 to T2 was statistically significant (P <0.05). The remaining measurements were no significant difference. Micro-implant combined with double-key curved micro-implants and low sliding adduction in the process of anterior teeth on the anterior teeth have a certain control effect. Conclusion Micro-implant combined with double-key curved method and low traction traction method have similar effects on the control of anterior teeth torque.
