在专业技能教学尤其是实践性的教学中,如何恰当地引导学生,让所有学生参与课堂活动,是职业教学中突出需要解决的矛盾。作者在实际教学工作中,应用同伴教学法进行中职计算机网络专业课程的教学改革,突出学生主体角色,坚持教师主导地位,取得了显著效果。本文以中职《Windows Server 2008》为例,阐述了同伴教学分组方式,举例了教学设计案例,分析了教学评价方式,并提出了改进方向。
In the teaching of professional skills, especially practical teaching, how to properly guide students and involve all students in classroom activities are the contradictions that need to be resolved urgently in vocational education. In the actual teaching work, the author applies the companion teaching method to carry out the teaching reform of computer network specialized courses in secondary vocational schools, emphasizes the main role of students and insists on the dominance of teachers, and has achieved remarkable results. This article takes “Windows Server 2008” as an example, expounds the way of grouping peer teaching, gives examples of teaching design, analyzes teaching evaluation methods and puts forward the direction of improvement.
