细胞自噬是一种利用溶酶体对自身组成成分进行降解,将产生的有用物质予以回收利用的高度保守的细胞分解过程。在各类细胞体系中存在着低水平的自噬行为,促进细胞的生长发育,然而自噬活动不足或过度时则可诱发疾病或加重病变。阿霉素是蒽环类抗肿瘤药物,是多种肿瘤治疗的一线药物,但其心脏毒性限制了它的应用,其机制尚不清楚。有文献报道自噬活动在阿霉素诱导的心肌病中发挥重要作用,本文就细胞自噬在阿霉素诱导的扩张性心肌病中的研究进展做一综述。
Autophagy is a highly conserved process of cell disassembly that uses lysosomes to degrade its own constituents and to recycle the resulting useful material. In various cell systems there is a low level of autophagy behavior and promote cell growth and development, however, when autophagy or excessive activity can induce disease or aggravate the disease. Doxorubicin is an anthracycline antitumor drug and is a first-line drug for many oncology treatments. However, its cardiotoxicity has limited its use and the mechanism is still unclear. It has been reported in the literature that autophagy plays an important role in doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy. In this review, we review the progress of autophagy in doxorubicin-induced dilated cardiomyopathy.
