在新疆巴里坤县的一次血红蛋白病普查中,在新疆籍贯的汉族人中筛选出一种于碱性条件下慢泳的异常血红蛋白,经结构分析,证明为Hb G Coushatta[β22(B4)Glu→A1a]。这是在新疆籍贯汉族人中首次被发现。本文报道了其一级结构分析并探讨了其基因起源问题。
In a survey of hemoglobinopathies in Barkol County, Xinjiang, an abnormal hemoglobin was selected from Han nationality native of Xinjiang to slowly swim under alkaline conditions. The structural analysis showed that Hb G Coushatta [β22 (B4) Glu → A1a]. This is the first time in Xinjiang Han natives found. This paper reports its primary structure analysis and discusses its gene origin.
