用正常人外周血淋巴细胞为实验材料,探讨10uMtaxol对淋巴细胞微核化、动粒蛋白含量及核仁结构的影响。结果表明,taxol可诱导淋巴细胞微核化,taxol诱导18h,微核化细胞占12%,taxol诱导24h,微核化细胞上升到36%。ACA间接免疫荧光显示,在对照细胞中动粒荧光斑点微弱、体积小,加tzxol处理的淋巴细胞,随taxol作用时间延长,细胞内动粒荧光斑点亮度逐渐增强,体积逐渐增大。ANA染色显示,在对照细胞中核仁荧光斑点大而明亮,在taxol作用下,细胞内核仁荧光斑点逐渐变浅变小
Using normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes as experimental material, the effects of 10uMtaxol on lymphocyte micronucleus, kinetochore protein content and nucleolar structure were investigated. The results showed that taxol induced micronuclei of lymphocytes. Taxol induced 18h, micronucleated cells accounted for 12%, taxol induced 24h, micronucleated cells increased to 36%. ACA indirect immunofluorescence showed that in the control cells, the kinetic fluorescence spots were weak and the volume was small. Tzxol-treated lymphocytes, with the prolongation of taxol time, gradually increased the brightness of the fluorescent particles in the cells and increased the volume gradually.
