“基础不牢,地动山摇”。农村基层党风廉政建设,直接关系到党的路线方针政策在农村的贯彻落实,直接影响着党和政府在人民群众中的威信和形象。笔者认为突出农村廉政文化建设是可靠路径,全力筑牢教育、公开、监督和服务等基础工程,抓好顶层设计,精心施工,力争打造农村廉政文化高地。(一)“一窗口”宣传,筑牢廉政防线。农村廉政建设宣传教育的重点就是要大力弘扬廉政文化。要将廉政文化建设与弘扬先进文化及建设新农 “The foundation is not strong, moving to shake”.
