目的:研究当归种苗等级与植株生物量积累、药材产量和质量的关系,为制定种苗标准提供依据。方法:广泛收集产自甘肃当归主产区岷县、漳县、宕昌、渭源的当归种苗30份,以单根重为指标对所有样品进行测定,并对测定结果进行聚类分析,依据聚类中心值将种苗划分为3个级别,以级别为处理进行田间试验,实验室检测药材质量。结果:二级种苗(单根重0.74~1.38 g)成药期植株的根干重、地上部干重、全株干重等生长指标均超过其他处理及对照;田间抽薹率低,药材单根重大,产量位居第一;所成药材的外部性状优,阿魏酸含量高于药典(2010年版一部)标准。结论:二级种苗的植株生长量大、产量高、质量优,可作为生产用种苗的首选。
Objective: To study the relationship between Angelica sinensis seedling rank and plant biomass accumulation, yield and quality of medicinal herbs, and to provide the basis for establishing the seedling standard. Methods: Thirty Angelica sinensis seedlings were collected from Min County, Zhang County, Dangchang and Weiyuan in the main producing areas of Angelica sinensis in Gansu province. All the samples were measured by single root weight. The seedlings were divided into three grades according to the cluster center value, field tests were conducted with the grade as the treatment, and the quality of the herbs was tested in the laboratory. Results: The growth indexes of the secondary seedlings (single root weight of 0.74-1.38 g) were more than those of other treatments, such as root dry weight, dry weight of above-ground parts and whole plant dry weight. Significant, the output ranked first; the external characteristics of medicinal herbs, ferulic acid content higher than Pharmacopoeia (a 2010 edition) standards. Conclusion: The secondary seedling has the advantages of large plant growth, high yield and good quality, which can be used as the first choice for seed production.
