一、前言研究混凝土集料的不同级配时,关于固体颗粒在空间的分布是混凝土工艺学中一个重要课题,并为各国混凝土学者最感兴趣的问题之一。经历六十多年的努力,已摸索出很多经验的级配公式。但是,除了三十年代的美国韦毛斯(C.A.G.Weymouth)的颗粒干涉理论外,似乎仍未超越经验范围。关于混凝土级配的方法论问题,我国胡多闻作了比较全面的总结。按照他的分析研究,集料级配的目的是为了拌制成无隙混凝土。在这个原则下,形成了两个级配学派,即连续级配学派和间断级配学派。后者在法国实践的经验较多,目前各国也重视起来了,并已拓展到砂子的间断级配。长期从事大坝混凝土研究的美国司梯尔(B.W.Steele)和苏联高尔顿一再提出砂子级配研究的重要性。近年来,我国开展了特大集料间断级配的专题研究。笔者曾在1956年对韦毛斯的级配理论作
I. INTRODUCTION When studying the different gradations of concrete aggregates, the distribution of solid particles in space is an important issue in concrete technology, and is one of the most interesting issues for concrete researchers in various countries. After more than 60 years of hard work, many experience grading formulas have been explored. However, except for the particle interference theory of C.A.G. Weymouth in the 1930s, it seems that it has not surpassed the scope of experience. With regard to the methodology of concrete grading, Hu Duowen in China made a more comprehensive summary. According to his analysis and research, the purpose of aggregate grading is to mix into a concrete without gaps. Under this principle, two graduating schools have been formed, namely, successive grad schools and discontinuous grad schools. The latter has a lot of experience in France. At present, countries have also paid attention to it, and have extended to the gap grading of sand. B.W. Steele, who has long been engaged in the research of dam concrete, and the Soviet Union, Galton, have repeatedly raised the importance of sand grading studies. In recent years, China has conducted a special study on the grading of extra large aggregates. In 1956, the author made a study of Vermouth’s grading theory.
