由中国社会科学院全球并购研究中心和北京万盟投资管理公司联合主办的2002年度“中国十大并购人物”与“全球十大并购人物”评选结果揭晓。本次评选根据并购过程中承受的压力、并购手段与技巧、行业影响力、并购规模、并购技术创新等五项指标作为遴选的标准,由主办方的专业人士及金融界资深专家组成的评委评定。本刊受主办者委托发布评选结果。
The 2002 “Top Ten Mergers and Acquisitions” and “Top Ten Mergers and Acquisitions in the World” jointly sponsored by the Global M & A Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Beijing UNITA Investment Management Company were announced. According to the selection criteria of pressure, M & A methods and skills, industry influence, M & A scale and M & A technological innovation, this selection is judged by the judges composed of professionals from the organizer and senior experts in the financial sector .
