1.问题的提出我厂是生产电动桥式起重机的专业厂,过去在生产抓斗吊过程中,斗部(A_3钢)与刃口板(50Mn_2 )的焊接,一直存在着不同程度的裂纹,斗吊结构如图1所示。裂纹情况是:有时边焊边裂,有时焊好放置一段时间后再裂,裂纹部位多半在母材与焊缝熔合区,裂纹走向有纵、有横,情况十分复杂,严重影响产品质量。 2.裂纹原因分析针对上述情况,我们在重庆大学焊接教研室的协助下,对抓斗刃口板焊接裂纹问题作了系统的分析,通过二次“CTS”裂纹试验,
1. The Proposal of the Problem Our factory is specialized in the production of electric bridge crane. In the past, during the process of producing the grab crane, there was always some cracks in the bucket (A_3 steel) and the blade plate (50Mn_2) Bucket structure shown in Figure 1.
