PDCA 循环是一种先进的全面质量管理方法。它运用数据分析手段,通过“计划—执行—检查—总结”四个阶段的周期循环,实现对产品生产过程的质量管理。汉川县成人中专学校将 PDCA 循环,用于学生日常行为规范教育,特别是违纪行为的管理,经过一年多的实践,证明尝试有效。一、PDCA 循环用于学生违纪管理的四个阶段1.计划阶段即发现问题,分析原因,作出计划,制定措施的阶段。1993—1994学年度下学期,该校学生打架斗殴,抽烟酗酒的违纪行为时有发生。他们对各类违纪现象进行分类排列后发现,打架斗殴和抽烟酗酒分别占总违纪的31%和23%。进而对打架违纪行为产生
The PDCA cycle is an advanced total quality management method.
