在煤矿生产中,由于多水平开采,在2个水平中间至少需要设置1个储煤仓,储煤仓有效地简化了运输环节,对于调节和缓冲煤炭运输起着十分重要的作用,提高了原煤的运输效率。但是储煤仓一旦出现溜煤口堵塞,往复式给煤机就无法将煤自动吐出。通常采用水冲、气冲、大锤振动储煤仓二节以及放炮振动等措施来处理,但效果并不理想,特别是放炮处理,会直接影响到人员和设备的安全。
