蘑菇是我们日常生活中经常食用的美味佳肴,但食用有毒的蘑菇会引起中毒,甚至死亡,各地不时有报道食用自采蘑菇致中毒事件,我科前不久亦接诊一起此类病例。1病史:我科2010年6月接诊了7例食用自采野生蘑菇后中毒的务工人员及其家属病人,7例病人中男性5例,女性2例,年龄12~51岁,平均32.5岁,其中2例为母女俩。均表现餐后1~2小时剧烈腹痛,恶心、呕吐,头昏,腹泻,米汤样便或水样便,1例出现躁动,抽搐,及昏迷,伴有呼吸急促及少尿。查体:6例神志清,1例昏迷,急性病容,体温分别为37.7℃~38.5℃,脉搏85~110次/min,血压90~130/60~85 mmHg,接
Mushrooms are delicacies often eaten in our daily life. However, eating poisonous mushrooms can cause poisoning and even death. There are occasional reports of consumption of mushrooms since the poisoning incidents. Our department recently accepted such cases together. 1 History: In June 2010, our department treated 7 cases of workers and their families poisoned after consuming wild mushrooms. Among the 7 patients, 5 were males and 2 were females, aged from 12 to 51 years with an average of 32.5 years , Of which 2 were mother and daughter. 1 to 2 hours after meal showed severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, rice soup or watery stool, 1 case of agitation, convulsions, and coma, accompanied by shortness of breath and oliguria. Physical examination: 6 cases of consciousness, 1 case of coma, acute illness, body temperature were 37.7 ℃ ~ 38.5 ℃, pulse 85 ~ 110 beats / min, blood pressure 90 ~ 130/60 ~ 85 mmHg, then
