未经固定的成人上肢标本30例,动脉注入遮光色素后,作动脉造影、断面观测、动脉网络的微机立体重建和血管追踪解剖。着重探讨手掌及手背动脉的横向配布和三维构筑。手掌及手背动脉的配布,排列为3层,但呈典型的3层者仅见于掌中段。桡、尺两动脉在手掌及手背的分布,在不同层次有不同的范围;该两动脉在掌、背方向上的吻合支,较集中于第3、5、7断面;在内、外侧方向上的大吻合支,除掌浅、深弓外,还有“第三通路”。根据观测结果,讨论了手掌及手背不同平面的血液供应优势、变化规律及其在断掌再植中的意义。 Unfixed adult upper extremity specimens of 30 cases, arterial injection of shading pigment, arterial angiography, section observation, arterial network computer reconstruction and vascular anatomy.
