目的:研究沿面放电等离子体-臭氧对空气中微生物的杀灭作用及影响因素。方法:采用人工空气染菌试验法。结果:等离子体-臭氧对空气中的金黄色葡萄球菌作用1min,杀灭率为99.99%,10min杀灭率为100%;对白色念珠菌作用6min可全部杀灭;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15min,杀灭率达到99.90%以上,30mim可全部杀灭。在菌液中加入10%小牛血清,对消毒效果无明显影响。结论:等离子体-臭氧对空气中的微生物有良好的杀灭作用,应用前景广泛
OBJECTIVE: To study the killing effect of ozone along the surface discharge on microorganisms in air and its influencing factors. Methods: Artificial air bacteria test method. Results: The plasma-ozone could kill Staphylococcus aureus in the air for 1 min, the killing rate was 99.99% and the killing rate was 100% at 10 min. The killing effect on Candida albicans was completely abolished in 6 min. Spore effect 15min, killing rate of 99.90% or more, 30mim can kill all. Add 10% bovine serum in the bacterial liquid, no significant effect on the disinfection. Conclusion: Plasma-ozone has a good killing effect on airborne microorganisms and has wide application prospect
