近年来,对组织公平感理论的研究在西方社会受到了极大的关注,其研究结果越来越多地被运用于公司管理的实践,而在我国,特别在医疗单位组织公平理论却还停留在亚当斯早期的公平理论,组织公平感最新的理论成果很少运用到医院绩效分配管理中,本文试图对组织公平理论的内容及其研究成果作分析,并在此基础上阐述组织公平感对医院绩效管理的作用,以及在实践中如何运用组织公平感理论。
