劳动关系协调员是从事和监督劳动保障法的实施、劳动合同管理、参与集体协商、促进劳资沟通、预防与处理劳动争议等协周劳动关系的专业工作人员。为使更多的从业人员了解和掌握有关政策,构建营造和谐稳定的劳动关系,上海市企业联合会/上海市企业家协会下属上海市企业管理进修学院,携手上海卓越管理中心联合举办劳动关系协调员(三级)国家职业资格培训。一、鉴定申报条件从事本职业工作,并具备以下条件之一者:1、连续从事本职业工作六年以上:
