根据铜及铜合金可在水蒸气中实现光亮退火和湿磨铜锌合金粉的特点 ,对湿磨铜锌合金粉干燥光亮退火方法及工艺参数进行了研究。试验结果表明 :压实装罐法可一步实现湿磨铜锌合金粉的干燥、光亮退火 ,同时 ,原始粉的含水量、压实度、退火温度、保温时间等对其结果有重要影响。提出了湿磨铜锌合金粉干燥光亮退火的最佳工艺 ,使干燥光亮退火前后铜锌合金粉的光亮程度及颜色用肉眼难以分辨 ,干燥光亮退火后的铜锌合金粉含氧量比退火前增加了千分之三。该方法具有操作简单 ,生产效率高的特点 ,解决了湿磨铜及铜合金粉的光亮干燥和光亮退火问题。
According to the characteristics that copper and copper alloy can be bright annealed and wet-ground copper-zinc alloy powder in water vapor, the dry bright annealing method and technological parameters of wet-grinding copper-zinc alloy powder were studied. The experimental results show that the compacting and canning method can realize the drying and bright annealing of the wet-grinding copper-zinc alloy powder in one step, meanwhile the moisture content, compaction degree, annealing temperature and holding time of the raw powder have an important influence on the result. The optimal process of bright annealing of wet-grinding copper-zinc alloy powder was proposed. The brightness and color of copper-zinc alloy powder before and after dry-bright annealing were hard to distinguish with the naked eye. The oxygen content of copper-zinc alloy powder after bright- An increase of three thousandths. The method has the advantages of simple operation and high production efficiency, and solves the problems of bright drying and bright annealing of wet-grinding copper and copper alloy powders.
