应用管氏肿腿蜂防治松褐天牛

研究了肿腿蜂的野外生物学、释放技术、防治效果及在大面积防治松材线虫病中的应用 ,发现 :( 1 )释放技术是以点株式放蜂法为优 ,该法对天牛幼虫的校正寄生率为 48.68% ,明显地高于点式放蜂法的 37.5 0 % ;( 2 )最佳放蜂时间为 7月份 ,此时放蜂的校正寄生率为 37.5 0 %~66.82 % ,明显地高于 8月份放蜂寄生率 2 8.75 % ;( 3)放蜂密度以 5 0 0 0头 /hm2 为宜 ,试区对天牛幼虫的校正寄生率为 48.68% ,其防效与 1 0 0 0 0头 /hm2 的 5 2 .86%相近 ;( 4 )经多点、多年和 5 4 0hm2 的大面积放蜂试验 ,其寄生效果均稳定在 33.33%~ 66.82 % ,试区松材线虫病的死树减退率达 98.0 %。试验证明 ,采用管氏肿腿蜂防治松材线虫病的技术是可行的。 The results showed that: (1) The release technique is based on the point-bee-beekeeping method, which is superior to that of the natural beetle The corrected parasitism rate of larvae was 48.68%, which was obviously higher than 37.5 0% of the point-place beekeeping method. Wood nematode mortality rate of dead trees reached 98.0%. Tests show that the use of pipe sore throated pine wilt disease control technology is feasible.
