伴随着企业现代化管理方式的不断多元化与技术化,企业更有信心和实力来提升自己的管理能力,将自身所创造的利益利润最大化。本文以我校核勘院的“经济持续、健康、稳定、快速”的发展原则为基础,以“固成果、求创新、谋发展、增收入、构和谐”为发展重点、以“强管理、保精细、创特色”为途径,以“步步精心、环环精细、项项精品”为发展意识,探讨了该院在各项内部工作方面的精细化管理方案规划,希望借此来发挥该院的自身实力优势,通过改善管理创造健康和谐发展环境,让该院从自我做起并达到促进地区地矿经济快速良好发展态势的目的。 With the continuous diversification and technicalization of modern management methods, enterprises have more confidence and strength to enhance their management capabilities and maximize profits and profits created by themselves.
