舒同是老一辈革命家和书法艺术家,去年12月27日纪念舒同诞辰百年座谈会在北京人民大会堂举行,中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记吴官正致信表示祝贺。吴官正在贺信中说,舒同同志在长期的革命生涯中,对党、对人民赤胆忠心,作出了很大贡献。他的书法造诣高深精湛,自成一体,蔚为大观。他的革命精神和书法艺术,是我们的宝贵财富,值得后人永远学习和发扬光大。 Shu Tong was an elder revolutionary and calligraphist artist. On December 27 last year, Commemoration of Shu’s birthday was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Wu Guanzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, wrote a letter of congratulation. In his letter of congratulation, Wu Guan said that Comrade Shu Tong made great contributions to the party and to the people in their long revolutionary career. His calligraphy attainments are highly sophisticated, self-contained and magnificent. His revolutionary spirit and calligraphic art are our precious wealth, worth future generations learning and carrying forward.
