城市区志相对于县(市)志有其自身的特点,特别是老城区,长期以来作为一个区域的政治、经济、文化中心,对周边地区的经济文化发展起着重要的引领和辐射作用;同时,自身也积累了丰厚的文化底蕴,形成了独特的城市文化。如何突出城区文化特色,是第二轮城市区志提高质量、彰显特色、拓展深度的重要一环。山东已出版的城市区志的总体优点有:时代特色和地方特色突出;与首轮志书衔接较好,记载静态事物有新思路;对非区属事物的记述处理较恰当;体例严谨,体裁运用得当;装帧有特色,图文并茂等。存在的问题有:记述深度有待加强;资料的完整性和系统性有待加强;个别篇章表格使用不够充分。为此,在篇目设计上要强化地方特色和时代特色;在区属与非区属问题上要放眼全局,具有驾驭全区的意识。
