以雄性昆明种小鼠为实验对象,在接种瘤株之前7 d,放疗实验组以扇贝硒蛋白 [Selenium-ProteinofChlamysfarreri(SPCF)]胃饲,接种5180瘤株后,继续胃饲,连续22d。结 果表明,扇贝硒蛋白使肿瘤生长减缓;并使荷瘤鼠因放疗而下降的 GSH-Px(Glutathione per- oxidase,SOD(Superoxide dismntuse),CAT酶活性增强, LPO(Lipid peroxidation)含量显著降 低。结果揭示,扇贝硒蛋白具有一定程度提高抗氧化能力,减轻放射治疗副作用的功能。
Male Kunming mice were used as experimental subjects. 7 days before the inoculation of tumor strains, the radiotherapy experimental group was stomach-fed with Selenium-Protein of Chlamysfarreri (SPCF) and inoculated 5180 tumor strains and continued to stomach feeding for 22 days. The results showed that the scallop selenoprotein slowed the tumor growth; and the GSH-Px (SOD (Superoxide dismntuse), CAT enzyme activity was increased, and the LPO (Lipid peroxidation) content was decreased in tumor-bearing mice due to radiotherapy. The results revealed that the scallop selenoprotein has a certain degree of improvement in antioxidative capacity and reduces the side effects of radiotherapy.
