益肾灵颗粒由枸杞子、淫羊藿、补骨脂、芡实等十三味中药组成,具有益肾壮阳的功效。淫羊藿苷是君药之一淫羊藿的主要成分,现行的质量标准中未控制其含量,目前HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的报道较多,但益肾灵颗粒的成分复杂,文献方法不能很好地对其进行分离。本实验研究了不同流动相对分离结果的影响,建立了HPLC法测定该制剂中淫羊藿苷的含量的方法。结果表明,方法简便、快速,重现性、回收率均较满意。
Yishenling Granules are made up of thirteen Chinese herbs, such as wolfberry fruit, Epimedium, psoralen, and Gorgonia, which have the effect of aphrodisiac. Epimedium is one of the main ingredients of Epimedii, which is not a major ingredient in the current quality standards. There are many reports on the determination of icariin by HPLC, but the composition of Yishenling Granules is complex. It cannot be well separated. In this experiment, the effects of relative separation results of different flows were studied, and a method for the determination of icariin in the preparation by HPLC was established. The results show that the method is simple, rapid, reproducible and recoverable.
