随着互联网技术的日益成熟,以互联网为平台的电子商务也日渐成为人们购物方式必选之一。越来越多的电商加入网络交易行业使竞争越发激烈,部分急功近利的电商们为了获得更多利益,选择销售假冒伪劣产品,以次充好,因此大量的假货被生产并涌入网络交易市场。中国的电商巨头阿里巴巴、京东、天猫等购物网站已加入到配合行政执法机关打假行动中,在电商的配合下,行政机关在打击网络交易假冒伪劣商品上获得较大成功。本文以阿里巴巴的打假平台治理团队为例,结合该平台打假现状及平台打假的具体管理措施或手段,并将阿里巴巴这一类的电商平台实施该治理行为创新的定义为准行政执法研究,最后简要论述电商准行政执法行为的发展前景。
With the maturity of Internet technology, the Internet-based e-commerce has become one of the necessary ways for people to shop. More and more e-commerce operators join the online trading industry to make the competition more fierce. Some e-commerce providers who make quick success and gain instant profits are opting to sell counterfeit and shoddy goods and shoddy goods so that a large amount of fakes are produced and poured into the network market place. China’s e-commerce giants Alibaba, Jingdong, Lynx and other shopping sites have joined in counter-offenses with the administrative law enforcement agencies. This article takes Alibaba’s anti-fake platform management team as an example, and combines the specific countermeasures and measures of anti-counterfeiting status and counterfeiting of the platform.
