应用漫射光二维视线衰减技术(diffuse 2D-LOSA)检测二氧化碳稀释的乙烯-空气层流扩散火焰中烟尘体积浓度及其温度分布规律。研究发现:当以适量的CO2稀释燃料后,大大抑制了火焰中烟尘的产生,而对温度场影响很小。在火焰中间高度附近存在一个最大烟尘浓度值,所对应的位置随CO2浓度的增加而升高。在火焰底部和顶部,几乎没有烟尘产生。CO2添加到燃料中来抑制烟尘产生主要依靠稀释效应和直接化学反应,其中直接化学反应比稀释效应的作用更大。
The diffuse 2D-LOSA method was used to detect the volume concentration and temperature distribution of soot in a carbon dioxide-diluted ethylene-air laminar diffusion flame. The study found that when the fuel is diluted with proper amount of CO2, the generation of smoke and soot in the flame is greatly suppressed, but the temperature field is little affected. There is a maximum smoke concentration near the middle of flame, and the corresponding position increases with the increase of CO2 concentration. At the bottom and top of the flame, there was almost no smoke. The addition of CO2 to fuel to suppress soot production relies mainly on dilution and direct chemical reactions, where direct chemical reactions have a greater effect than dilution.
