目的　了解血脂康对酒精性肝病（ＡＬＤ）的血脂代谢及肝功酶学改变的影响。方法将８６例酒精性肝病伴高脂血症病人 随机分为两组，同时给予保肝对症治疗，其中４６例加服血脂康，另４０例为对照组。在治疗前后不同阶段观察血脂代谢变化及肝功能改 变。结果血脂康可明显降低酒精性肝病的血清胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），中度降低血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ） 的含量（Ｐ＜０．０５），轻度增加血清高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量（Ｐ＜０．０５），且可以改善酒精性肝病的功能状况。结论血脂康不仅具 有较好的调节血脂代谢功能，对酒精性肝病的肝功能改善也有一定的疗效。 Objective To understand the effects of Xuezhikang on blood lipid metabolism and hepatic enzymology in alcoholic liver disease (ALD). Methods Eighty-six patients with alcoholic liver disease and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups, while symptomatic treatment of hepatotoxicity was given, in which 46 cases were given Xuezhikang and the other 40 cases were control group. Changes in blood lipid metabolism and liver function were observed at different stages before and after treatment. Results Xuezhikang could significantly reduce the content of serum cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and reduce the level of serum triglyceride (TG) in patients with alcoholic liver disease (P < 0.05), slightly increase the level of serum high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) (P <0.05), and can improve the functional status of alcoholic liver disease. Conclusion Xuezhikang not only has better function of regulating blood lipid metabolism, but also has certain curative effect on the improvement of liver function of alcoholic liver disease.
