随着计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术以及控制技术的发展,现场总线技术和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)通信技术也在逐步成熟,并在工业生产中具有重要的作用。现场总线技术是一种新型的技术,也称为是多点通信、数字化、开放式的底层控制网络,它主要应用于测量控制设备之间的双向串行多节点的数字通信系统以及工业生产现场。这里提出了一种基于控制器局域网(CAN)总线的PLC网络通信方案。该方案通过给上位机PC和每台PLC各自配置一个RS232-CAN网关,使上位机PC和PLC拥有CAN总线通信的能力,从而构建基于CAN总线的PLC通信网络。
With the development of computer technology, communication technology, network technology and control technology, field bus technology and programmable logic controller (PLC) communication technology are also gradually mature and play an important role in industrial production. Fieldbus technology is a new type of technology, also known as multi-point communication, digital, open bottom control network, which is mainly used in measurement and control equipment between the two-way serial multi-node digital communication system and industrial production site . Here, a PLC network communication scheme based on Controller Area Network (CAN) bus is proposed. The program through to PC and each PC PLC each configure a RS232-CAN gateway, PC and PC PC has the ability to communicate with the CAN bus to build CAN-based PLC communication network.
