截至目前,胜利油田16家油气开发单位均通过质量体系第三方认证,标志着该油田完成油气开发单位质量管理体系建设任务。2012年以来,按照中国石化集团公司相关要求,胜利油田加快推进质量管理体系建设,选定孤岛采油厂作为试点,试点完成后再在其他15家开发单位及油气集输总厂全面铺开。 Up to now, all 16 oil and gas development units in Shengli Oilfield have passed the third-party certification of the quality system, marking the completion of the oil and gas development unit’s quality management system construction task. Since 2012, in accordance with the relevant requirements of Sinopec Group Company, Shengli Oilfield has accelerated the construction of its quality management system and selected the Gudao Oil Production Plant as a pilot. After the completion of the pilot project, it was fully rolled out to 15 other development units and oil and gas gathering plants.
